Working with a multi-national organisation the ‘Game’ was played during day one of a new Talent Programme for high potential leaders and forms the backbone to the 9 month programme. “This is just like our organisation.” Commented one of the participants, closely followed by unanimous agreement from the other participants. “We already have some key messages that will take our business to a new level.” Added one of the project sponsors.
